Shipping & Receiving
Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist the parts department with routine audits, parts organization, and tracking.
Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 5:30am-2:30pm
Responsibilities:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk ships deliver and receive parts orders.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and customers.
Communication must be clear and concise.
Maintain parts inventory, including stocking shelves, organizing bins, binning new parts, recording the location, conducting perpetual bin audits, and maintaining special order bins.
Check-in Daily orders from the manufacturer, incoming freight from UPS, FED-EX, Etc.
Process monthly returns to the manufacturer.
Work with Wholesale parts representatives in managing incoming and outgoing orders.
Maintain a detailed delivery log when handling returns and funds.
Assist in Physical Parts Inventory annually.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Immediately notify the parts manager of damaged parts or shortages.
Sweep floors and empty trash containers daily and maintain a clean parts department.
Maintain a clean delivery vehicle. Drive cautiously and safely staying within the laws of the road.
Be able to stay on task and work independently.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
Warehouse or shipping and receiving experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, proven communication skills. and excellent attention to detail.
Working knowledge of computers.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXPRESS SERVICE ADVISOR:
Greet customers promptly.
Obtain customer and vehicle information.
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
Establish follow-up time.
